2. Return & Refund Policy

Because we deal in premium herbal teas and wellness products, we must maintain strict health and safety standards.

No Returns Accepted Due to the perishable nature of our products, Meyush does not accept returns. To ensure every customer receives fresh, untampered tea, all sales are final once they leave our facility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items We want you to have the perfect experience. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong blend, please contact us within 48 hours at meyush.tea@gmail.com with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos of the packaging and product.

Cancellations Since we strive for fast fulfillment through Odoo, orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After this window, the order has likely entered our packing process and cannot be reversed.

We ship Meyush blends to almost everywhere on this planet.

Where We Ship

From our base in India, we offer worldwide shipping. Whether you are in New Delhi or New York, we will get our tea to your door.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic (India): Usually delivered within 3–7 business days.

  • International: Usually delivered within 10–21 business days. Note that delivery times may be affected by your local customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These are set by your local government and are not included in our shipping rates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is processed in our system, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout to avoid delivery delays.
