Is Meyush honey raw and unprocessed?
Yes. Our honey is wild-harvested from the Sundarbans and minimally processed — no heating, no blending, no adulteration. What's in the jar is what came from the hive.
Where does the honey actually come from?
Single-origin, wild-harvested from the Sundarbans, the world's largest mangrove forest and a UNESCO World Heritage Site — sourced directly from 150+ farming families, with 40% of every sale paid straight to them.
Is it really 100% organic?
Yes — 100% organic, zero chemicals, with no middlemen between the farmers and you.
My honey has turned cloudy or solid — is it spoiled?
No, that's crystallization — a completely natural process in raw, unprocessed honey, especially in cooler weather. It doesn't affect quality or safety. To liquefy it, place the sealed jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water for a few minutes and stir.
How should I store my honey and tea?
Keep honey in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight — it doesn't need refrigeration and, stored properly, pure honey doesn't spoil. Herbal teas should be kept sealed and dry to preserve flavour and colour.
What is "Mad Honey," and is it safe?
Nepal Mad Honey is a rare, rhododendron-origin honey that naturally contains compounds making it unsuitable for consumption in normal serving sizes. It's offered strictly in small, clearly labelled quantities with usage guidance — please read the label carefully and use only as directed.
Are your teas caffeine-free?
Yes — our Butterfly Pea Tea and Organic Rose Petal Tea are both herbal, caffeine-free infusions.

What payment methods do you accept?
We use Razorpay to process payments, which supports major cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Email us as soon as possible at meyush.tea@gmail.com — we'll do our best to help before it ships, but once an order is processed we may not be able to make changes.
Do you offer bulk or corporate pricing?
Yes — we work with companies on corporate gifting and bulk orders, with discounts starting from 50 units. See the Corporate Gifting section below, or email us directly.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and the courier route — we'll send tracking details by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship internationally.
Is shipping free?

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email (and WhatsApp, if provided) so you can follow it to your door.

What's your return policy?
Because our products are food items, we don't accept returns and we don't issue refunds. In exceptional cases — a broken/leaking jar, wrong item, tampered seal, or spoiled product — reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence, we review the claim and, if approved, send a replacement. My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email meyush.tea@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video of the issue. Our team will review it and let you know the outcome.
Can I get a refund instead of a replacement?
No — we don't issue monetary refunds under any circumstance. Approved claims are resolved with a replacement of the same product only.
🎁 Corporate Gifting
Do you do corporate or bulk gifting?
Yes — we work with companies on festive gifting (Durga Puja, Diwali), physician/doctor gifting, hotels and events, and distribution partnerships. Email meyush.tea@gmail.com with your requirements and we'll put together a quote.
Can you add our company logo to the packaging?
We keep our outer packaging uniform to preserve the artisanal presentation, but a personalised insert card with your company name, message, and logo is included at no extra cost on qualifying orders.
🔒 Account & Privacy
Do you store my card details?
No. Payments are processed by Razorpay — we never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details.
How is my personal information used?
To process your orders, respond to you, and understand site usage via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. We never sell your data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Can I ask you to delete my data?
Yes — email meyush.tea@gmail.com and we'll delete what we're not legally required to retain, such as tax records.
